Which stores does Mai Pantry compare?

Mai Pantry tracks Woolworths, Coles, IGA, ALDI and Spudshed. Prices come from each retailer's online store for your region, and local branches of the same chain share those prices.

How fresh are the prices?

Most prices refresh daily, and specials are tracked every day. Less-visited categories can take a day or two longer to update. The price shown is the retailer's online price for your region — in-store-only specials, local markdowns or very recent changes may differ from the shelf.

Found a wrong price or a bug?

Please tell us through Settings → Submit Feedback and choose "Pricing Issue" or "Bug Report", or email us. Including the product name and store helps us fix it faster.

Do I need an account?

No account and no sign-up. Your lists and pantry stay on your device. Shared lists sync through Mai Pantry's servers using an anonymous device ID — never your name or email.

What is Mai Pantry Pro?

Mai Pantry Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks Saved Shopping Lists, the 7-day Meal Planner, the Price Tracker, Spending Insights, and Shared Shopping Lists with live sync for up to 5 people. Everything else in the app is free.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions, then select Mai Pantry. If you reinstalled the app, use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen to recover an active subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the current period.

Why does the app ask for my location?

Location is optional and used only to find nearby stores and sort them by distance in the Shops and Trip tabs. Mai Pantry works fully without it, and location is processed on your device.

How do I delete my data?

Your lists and pantry live on your device, so deleting the app removes them. For any reports you've submitted, use the Delete My Data option in the app's settings, or email us.
